Academy of Entrepreneurship (AKEP)

Academy of Entrepreneurship is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 2007 under the auspices of the historical Educational Association of Athens “O HFAISTOS”. 

The Academy of Entrepreneurship is evolving as a non-formal education and research organisation in entrepreneurship, while promoting the implementation of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations. 

It is a founding member of the Global Entrepreneurship Network, a supporting body of the Bluegrowth initiative and a National Contact Point for the European Projects Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs & Open Innovation for SMEs, and has managed more than 50 European entrepreneurship projects in the fields of Youth, Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education.

The aim of the Academy of Entrepreneurship is to create a healthy entrepreneurial environment at national and European level through research and experimental development and non-formal education and to support employment and entrepreneurship through the cultivation of an entrepreneurial culture, the transfer of good practices at European and global level and the formulation of relevant policies.

CeSPI

CeSPI ETS is an independent and non-profit Think Tank, founded in 1985, performing research and policy-oriented analysis studies, providing advice, projects and policies evaluation and training on many subjects relevant to international relations. Recognised by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, it is member of a wide variety of national and international Networks.

CeSPI focuses its extensive expertise on the following areas:

  • Migrants’ Reception, Social Integration and Economic Citizenship policies;
  • Financial Inclusion, Remittances, Co-development;
  • Italian, European and international development cooperation policies, Finance for sustainable Development; 
  • Monitoring and evaluation of development strategies and policies; 
  • Decentralised cooperation and Local development; 
  • An Open Europe – concerning borders, neighborhood and global projection;
  • Geopolitical dynamics and trends;
  • Human Rights.

CeSPI is one of the three Italian partners that initially conceived and elaborated the first idea of the RES-MOVE project and is particularly interested in investigating the potential role of collaborative spaces for the migrants’ social inclusion and professional valorisation.
